It's a lovely place that feels like home the minute you walk in. It's on a floor with other residents, so you don't feel alone, but also very quiet. I had a question or two, and Matt was very polite with his reply.

We loved our stay in this home in Canyon! The entire house was very comfortable; we felt right at home. The neighborhood was very quiet and we were able to get the rest we needed. Great location relative to the Palo Duro Canyon but also the local Wal-Mart, in case you need to pick up a few things. The game room was a huge hit with my 4-year old and brothers, with vintage arcade games and air hockey! We would definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb is the absolute best place you could stay in AMARILLO. There’s absolutely nothing you need that they didn’t provide. Combine that with the views and the privacy and security. It’s hard to even consider staying anywhere else when you come to AMARILLO it was perfect.

Heather & Matts place was a perfect space for our friend group for the weekend. The neighborhood is great and so many great restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay again!

It is a very Beautiful and spacious home, was very clean, and located in a Very peaceful and friendly neighborhood. We were very comfortable during our stay. Matt was very easy to communicate with. Check in was super easy. Definitely recommend.

Excellent apartment! Great amenities, location, and overall great vibe. Hosts were very thorough in their check-in process and made things extremely easy, same goes for check-out process. I might stay here again in the future!

This was our third year to stay at this house for the regional golf tournament. As always- the stay was perfect and everything went great! You will not regret staying at this house

I can’t say how much I enjoyed Matt’s place. I use air bnb a lot and I was traveling for my son’s college baseball games and his apartment was absolutely perfect. Great location for starters you can walk one block over to great bars and restaurants. The place was very clean which is important to me. If you are looking for an air bnb in Amarillo stop looking this is it. Thanks Matt I will definitely stay here again if I am ever in area again.

We had a great stay with our family and pets. The house was just as described and perfect for our weekend visit. Our grandchildren loved the game room garage. The neighborhood was peaceful and the neighbors even waved and said hi. Matt was very responsive and accommodating even allowing us to book an additional day at the last minute. I would this house if you are looking for family accommodations in Canyon.
