Conveniently located just 20 minutes from the breathtaking Palo Duro Canyon, 10 minutes from WTAMU, and about 30 minutes to Amarillo, this home provides the perfect blend of comfort and adventure.

The primary bedroom and bathroom, along with the main living areas, are conveniently located on the ground floor. Bedrooms 2-4, a second full bathroom, and a loft living area are upstairs. Each bedroom and living area comes with its own smart TV, ensuring everyone can enjoy their favorite shows. The backyard is perfect for outdoor fun and relaxation, featuring a grill, a pergola with lights, a fire pit, and a grassy area with a slide. The yard is tiered, with steps leading down to the pergola/fire pit area and further down to the grassy area, so supervision may be needed for young children and some pets. We welcome pets with a one-time pet fee. Just add your pet to the guest count when booking, and the fee will be applied automatically. Our kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the kitchenware you need to serve your group. The open kitchen and dining area provide a spacious and comfortable setting for relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy high-speed, reliable internet throughout the home, perfect for keeping up with work or streaming your favorite shows. For some indoor fun, the house features several wall-mounted games, along with a variety of board and card games for the whole family. Additionally, there’s a game area in the garage equipped with an air hockey table, arcade games, and a second refrigerator, ideal for extra beverage or food storage. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, our home is great for small gatherings. We ask that all events be approved by the hosts prior to booking, and while large, open-invitation parties are not permitted, we welcome smaller get-togethers for guests with positive reviews and recommendations from other hosts. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down in the evenings and parking considerately.

Because of the steep terrain, young children and some pets may require supervision. For added safety and comfort, the home is equipped with a Minut monitoring device. Minut is a camera-free system that monitors noise levels, occupancy, and temperature without recording conversations or collecting sensitive data. This helps ensure a safe stay, reduces the risk of neighbor complaints, and enhances overall guest experience. The home also has a ring doorbell, and an outdoor camera that looks over the driveway.
