Matt’s place exceeded our expectations which were already high. The daytime security guard was extremely helpful and very friendly. The coffee shop in the building is a nice new addition. Thank you for a great stay!

We had an amazing girl's weekend and spent it right in the heart of downtown Amarillo. We had a spectacular view of the city! The kitchen was gorgeous with everything we needed on hand (plus some great snack treats). The master bedroom had a super comfy bed and the extras were so thoughtful (sound machine, USB charging ports, and the weighted eye masks). But the complete show stopper was the heated bathroom floors - I fell in love! The host, Matt and team were spot on with communications and answering questions. Appreciated the hospitality. Already looking forward to staying again!
