Matt, Heather and Stacey were excellent. Very responsive to our questions, laid out great directions to the house, offered some fantastic restaurants. The Home was fantastic, what an amazing getaway. The perfect start to the rest of our trip in New Mexico.

This was our second stay at this location and it was just as amazing as the first! We have stayed in Airbnb’s around the world and this is by far our favorite stop! Exceptionally clean and comfortable! Excellent amenities! Amazing hosts! We already booked it for another trip later this year! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We recently stayed here for a camp at WT for a group of 9 girls. This place was perfect! Everyone had their own place to lay their head each night! All the amenities were very helpful as well. I would 10/10 recommend this host and his property for a stay.

Spent a wonderful night nestled in the most beautiful cabin in the woods. From the start, Matt was responsive and flexible to our group’s needs. The home was perfect for a large group and felt simultaneously spacious and cozy. The stream and porch were magnificent as well. Would highly recommend staying here for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience. Thank you Matt!

Absolutely loved this stay. The home is beautiful and had a lovely hangout spot under the pergola. Plenty of space for our whole family. Beds were comfortable and checkout instructions were very straight forward. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place to stay in Tx for our daughter's wedding. Loved the video games and air hockey. Plenty of room for everyone and easy check in. I appreciate that they had a few snacks available for guest upon arrival (even though we brought our own). Beds were comfortable and everything very clean. felt right at home. Would definitely stay there again!! Thank you so much!! P.S. Except for the crazy hail storm!! LOL

My family and I had a wonderful stay! Matt was responsive and provided thorough instructions. When there was a hail storm and an issue with a tree in the backyard, he checked in with us and let us know when people were coming to the property. The house had many useful amenities and was dog friendly! It was perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend this property!

Our family of 10 stayed at Matt and Heather's place in Red River. What a gorgeous part of the world. Our kids spent most of their time down by the river - a very short walk down the hill. The water was shallow and pristine. We could watch them from the deck and relax and enjoy the cool air. We spent several days fishing and enjoying the town. The weather was perfect. The cabin is large and airy. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep and dining. Sharp knives, hooray! There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. There were space heaters in every bedroom if we needed them but it was nice to be cool and wrapped in luscious bedding. At night we played the games that were provided - something for everyone. Our hosts were very responsive and everything we needed to know was clearly written online and in the guest handbook they provided. We had a great time here and would love to come back.

This was the perfect getaway for our family. My young daughters loved walking to the nearby fishing pond and seeing the ducks and geese that frequented it; and we all enjoyed the picturesque, peaceful, private paths/roads. The view from the deck and living room is spectacular, and I loved looking up at the pines against the star-studded sky from the upstairs bedroom window as I fell asleep. There was a variety of sleeping options for our extended family and our host was very communicative and responsive. The house had everything we needed and more: the game room in the garage was a sweet bonus. We all decided we loved staying a bit outside of town and further up the mountain. We even noticed a significant difference in temperature just from town to the house - we were sweating in town at a festival (but we got ice cream to remedy that) and when we returned we had to put on jackets to sit on the deck! Very refreshing, as was the few seconds we put our feet in the river! Lovely stay!

Lots of space for our family to spread out and relax after days of sight seeing. The beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked for meal prep, love having a washer and dryer when traveling! It was also an added bonus to park in the garage. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the town of Canyon as well!
